The ground floor is dedicated to retail shops, seamlessly integrating with the lively commercial atmosphere of Tahlia Street. This retail zone ensures the continuation of the area’s vibrant streetscape, offering a variety of shops and services to both locals and visitors.

Above the retail podium, a five-story parking structure provides essential parking, while also serving as a base for the towers. The parking podium is topped with food and beverage outlets, each with expansive landscaped terraces that offer views of the bustling street life below, creating an ideal space for social interaction and relaxation.

The tower above steps back from the street to create a generous elevated piazza, providing a sense of openness and connection to the urban environment. This piazza is framed by the smaller building dedicated to medical clinics, which helps define the boundary of the public space. The design of the tower’s upper floors takes full advantage of the site’s panoramic views, offering uninterrupted vistas of both the city skyline and the nearby sea.

A strategically shifted floor, containing the apartment lobby and shared amenities, breaks the verticality of the tower, emphasizing its dual functionality.
